Eligibility to Register

- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion programme or have an account that was previously closed by nc999 for a Terms violation.
- You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
- You must not be accessing the Platform from any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited or restricted by local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of nc999 complies with applicable laws in your location.
Account Registration and Management
To access nc999's services, you must complete the registration process and create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your account details promptly if any information changes. nc999 relies on the accuracy of account information for payment processing, KYC verification, and responsible gaming monitoring.
Each player is permitted to hold one account only. nc999 operates a strict one-account-per-person policy enforced through mobile number verification and identity checking. Where duplicate accounts are identified, nc999 will close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or forfeit balances at its sole discretion, and may impose a permanent ban on the associated mobile number and identity.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any other person.
- nc999 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from you sharing your credentials, failing to log out from a shared device, or any other failure on your part to maintain account security.
- nc999 may require KYC verification at any time. You must provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by nc999. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in suspension of withdrawal facilities until verification is completed.

Deposits and Withdrawals
nc999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of the transaction. Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad , Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. nc999 does not guarantee the continued availability of any specific payment method and may add or remove methods at its discretion with notice provided on the Platform.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal is ৳1,000 per transaction. nc999 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which nc999 bears no responsibility.
- Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to nc999's verification and anti-money laundering procedures.
- nc999 reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, a Terms violation, or where a chargeback dispute is pending.
- Players must not attempt to deposit funds from payment accounts that do not belong to them. All payment methods used must be registered in the same name as the nc999 account holder.
- Any deposit made in error by a Player does not create an obligation on nc999 to refund the amount beyond what is available in the account balance at the time the refund request is received.
- nc999 operates account-level transaction monitoring for the purposes of fraud prevention and anti-money laundering compliance. Unusual deposit or withdrawal patterns may trigger enhanced due diligence, account review, or temporary account suspension pending investigation.
Bonuses and Promotions
nc999 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to Players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer on the Platform. Where there is any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.
Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real-money funds eligible for withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amount associated with any bonus will be stated in that bonus offer's specific terms. Players should review bonus terms carefully before accepting any promotional offer.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as specifically permitted by the applicable promotion terms.
- nc999 reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. - nc999 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and any associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of software errors, or collusion is identified in connection with a bonus claim.
- Players who have opted into a responsible gaming self-exclusion programme are not eligible to receive bonuses or participate in promotions for the duration of their exclusion period.
Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct
nc999 is committed to providing a fair and transparent gaming environment for all Players. To maintain the integrity of the Platform, certain conduct is strictly prohibited. nc999 employs automated monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect and act upon Prohibited Conduct.
- Using any automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to place bets, access account features, or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
- Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit bonus terms.
- Exploiting any technical error, software fault, or game malfunction to gain winnings that would not have been available under normal operating conditions. Any winnings derived from a technical fault are void and will not be paid.
- Submitting false, forged, or altered documentation during KYC verification or at any other point during your relationship with nc999.
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes in relation to genuine, processed transactions on nc999. Chargeback fraud will be reported to the relevant payment provider and may result in legal action.
Account Suspension and Closure
nc999 reserves the right to suspend or close any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nc999 reasonably determines that: the Player has breached these Terms; the Player has provided false registration information; the Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct; nc999 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation; or the continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the Platform's integrity or to the Player's own welfare.
A Player may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting nc999 support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds not meeting wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, nc999 may retain the account balance to offset any losses, costs, or damages incurred as a result of the breach.
Responsible Gaming

The Platform provides a suite of tools that Players may use to manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, or monthly), session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion. Limitation of Liability

nc999's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their nc999 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits nc999's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Privacy and Data Protection
nc999 collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. nc999 applies SSL encryption to all data transmissions and does not store full payment credentials. Amendments to These Terms
nc999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
